7.5 hours of Ethics CLE Credit Available

Evictions are a driver of homelessness in our communities, and a part of the legal system in which the rights of renters are frequently trampled.

This comprehensive CLE will train attorneys comprehensively in litigating evictions, including an overview of Kansas landlord-tenant law, the path of an eviction case, and how to raise a winning defense.

As Douglas County looks for more options for providing counsel to tenants facing eviction, this CLE will be critical for preparing attorneys to take these cases and defend the rights of renters.
